Watson Homes worked with leading North West housing association, Jigsaw Homes, to build this three-storey apartment block in Ashton-under-Lyne.

The development consists of 24 one-bedroom apartments available for affordable rent through Jigsaw Homes.

The apartments are designed with a fabric-first approach to reduce energy consumption and ongoing running costs for tenants. Sustainability has also been considered with the installation of air-source hot water cylinders and electric car charging points.

Planning was accepted on this project in late 2021 and took just over a year to complete.
